<h3>Event Criteria</h3>

<ul>
	<li>CloudJoi Emerge invites events taking place within Klang Valley from 1 September 2023 to 30 June 2024.</li>
	<li>Individuals or organisations who are new or active not more than 3 years will be prioritised for CloudJoi Emerge.</li>
	<li>Only events within the following categories are eligible to apply: Theatre, Dance, Music, Film, Variety, Musical,&nbsp;and Comedy.</li>
	<li>As we aim to provide opportunities for other potential creators, each individual or organisation is eligible to apply for CloudJoi Emerge only once.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Audience Capacity</h3>

<ul>
	<li>The audience capacity for each event shall not exceed 60 pax.</li>
	<li>CloudJoi Emerge only supports free-seating events.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>We acknowledge the initial challenge in determining the final size of your venue and audience. Should your capacity exceed our specified limit, please reach out to us at hello@cloudjoi.com as we are more than happy to discuss further on how to accommodate you in our programme.</em></p>

<h3>Ticket Pricing</h3>

<h2>Feedback</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Prior to initiating the payout process, organisers are kindly requested to complete a feedback form. We highly value your perspectives and thoughts, and we aspire to enhance our services for your benefit and the broader industry.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Application Deadline</h2>

<ul>
	<li>The closing date for participation is 30th June 2024, which corresponds to the end date of the event production.</li>
	<li>Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event dates.</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Ticketing page will be setup in 3-5 working days upon approval of submission. We will contact you as soon as possible once we have reviewed your submission.</em></p>

<h2>Cancellation/Postponement &nbsp;</h2>

<h3>Public Notice</h3>

<p>If an event is postponed or cancelled, a public notice shall be placed in the media by the Organiser or CloudJoi.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Refund Request Period</h3>

<p>The Organiser shall at its own discretion place notices advising procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder may request a refund.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Refund by CloudJoi</h3>

<p>A.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;All ticket holders will be informed about the postponed or cancelled event via email. An online Refund Request Form will be sent to the ticket holders. Ticket holders are required to fill in the form and provide banking details for the refund to be processed. All refund requests will be processed within fifteen (15) working days after the Refund Request Period. RM1 Ticket Refund Fee per order will be charged to the Organiser if the refund processed by CloudJoi.&nbsp;</p>

<p>B.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;All Event Set up Fee, Ticket Handling Fee and Payment Gateway Fee will be borne by Organiser. CloudJoi shall charge the Organiser with the fee that incurred based on the order requiring refunds, and the total amount of the fees shall be transferred to CloudJoi within<strong> five (5) working days</strong> following the end of Refund Request Period. Upon receiving the fees from the Organiser, the refunds will be transferred back to the ticket holders&#39; bank account accordingly. If there are any surplus sum after the refund process is completed, CloudJoi shall refund to the Organiser.</p>

<h3>Refund By Organiser</h3>

<p>The Organiser shall inform all ticket holders about the postponed or cancelled event at their own expense and time. An online Refund Request Form can be provided by CloudJoi upon request. All ticketing sales and donations shall be settled as per the agreement. All refund requests will be collected and handed over to the Organiser within <strong>fifteen (15) working days</strong> after the Refund Request Period. Refund shall be processed by the Organiser henceforth.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Refund Request Validity</h3>

<p>No refund will be made if the request is made after the Refund Request Period. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at CloudJoi&#39;s or the Organiser&rsquo;s sole discretion.&nbsp;</p>

<h3>Cancellation by the Authorities</h3>

<p>CloudJoi shall not be held responsible for the cancellation of the event by the authorities.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Other</h2>

CloudJoi Emerge Terms and Conditions

<h3>Eligibility:&nbsp;</h3>

<ol>
	<li>The &quot;White Valentine&#39;s Day Giveaway&rdquo; (&quot;The Giveaway&quot;) is organized by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd (CloudJoi) (&quot;The Organizer&quot;) and shall be held from 20th February 2024 to 5th March 2024 (&ldquo;Giveaway Period&rdquo;).&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The Organizer may, at its sole and absolute discretion, extend the Giveaway Period at any time. The Organizer reserves the right to do so without any prior notice. Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the last day of the Giveaway period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Giveaway during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms &nbsp;and conditions (&quot;Terms and Conditions&quot;), which shall remain in full force and effect.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The participants are not eligible to participate in the said Giveaway: a. Permanent and/or contract &nbsp;employees of the Organizer (including its subsidiaries and related companies), including but not &nbsp;exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning parents, spouses, children and &nbsp;siblings;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and Giveaway management agents) of &nbsp;the Organizer, including but not exclusive to their respective immediate family members, meaning &nbsp;parents, spouses, children and siblings.&nbsp;</li>

<h3>The Giveaway Mechanism:</h3>

	<li>To enter the Giveaway, participants need to follow @cloudjoi_ on Instagram, tag their partner and provide their most creative first date idea in the comment section of the Giveaway post. Additionally, they should share the Giveaway post to their Instagram stories. All posts must be made public for eligibility.</li>
	<li>Participants may submit as many completed entries as they wish during the Giveaway Period.</li>
	<li>The Organizer takes no responsibility or assumes no liability for the comments and/or content that participants may post. Participants are solely responsible for the consequences of posting and publishing their comments and/or contents.</li>
	<li>The Organizer may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that the Organizer considers to have been in breach of these terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to meet Giveaway eligibility criteria or entries that contain obscene, libelous, racially disparaging, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or unlawful content.</li>
	<li>The Organizer will not be responsible for entries that cannot be processed due to technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, or illegible, for any reason whatsoever, will be disqualified.</li>
	<li>A panel of judges, which includes representatives of the Organizer, will review the entries for the participants. The winner will be selected based on the most creative first date idea submitted. The selected winner will receive x2 BoboKL show tickets for &lsquo;SHARIZAN BORHAN Swings Again!&rsquo; on 14 March 2024, at 8:00 PM, and x1 bouquet of flowers. The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Prizes:</h3>

<ol>
	<li>A single qualified winner, selected by a panel of judges during the Giveaway Period, will receive only one (1) prize. The prize, fully sponsored by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd (CloudJoi), includes x2 BoboKL show tickets for &quot;SHARIZAN BORHAN Swings Again!&quot; on 14 March 2024, at 8:00 PM, and x1 bouquet of flowers.</li>
	<li>Entries for each qualifying participant must be submitted within the respective qualifying date. Otherwise, the entry will be disqualified. The Organizer may at its sole discretion amend, change or extend the qualifying dates for any of the qualifying weeks.</li>
	<li>The Giveaway, which ends on 5th March 2024, at 11:59pm, will be followed by private contact with the winner. &nbsp;Prior to publicly announcing the winner on 9th March 2024, the Organizer will privately message the winner to confirm their acceptance through our Instagram direct messages (DM). The winner should confirm within 24 hours after being privately notified of their win. Failure to respond within this timeframe will lead to the selection of an alternative winner.</li>
	<li>Only participants who fulfill the Giveaway Mechanism stated above shall be eligible to win the Prize. Incomplete entries and/or Participants that fail to fulfill the Giveaway Mechanism will &nbsp;automatically be disqualified from the Giveaway without notice.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any &nbsp;time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another &nbsp;individual and absolutely non-negotiable.</li>
	<li>In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Winner is unable to attend the &lsquo;SHARIZAN BORHAN Swings Again!&rsquo; show on 14 March 2024, at 8:00 PM, to collect the winning prize (x2 BoboKL show tickets and x1 bouquet of flowers) within the stipulated time period, the Organizer shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner. The Organizer is not obliged to provide an extension notice for the Prize Collection Period. All unclaimed Prizes after the Collection Period will be forfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner to attend the show and receive the flowers.</li>
	<li>All Prizes are given on an &quot;As Is&quot; basis and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, credit, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>The Organizer will not assume liability if the Winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of receiving a private message via Instagram direct messages (DM) notifying them of their win, prior to publicly announcing the winner on 9th March 2024. Should the Organizer be unsuccessful in contacting the Winner after a minimum of three (3) attempts, they will not be held responsible.</li>
	<li>The Organizer reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of the Winner and to fulfill the delivery of prizes. The Winner is required to agree that the Organizer may provide all necessary information of the Winner to such third parties to facilitate such service.</li>
	<li>The judges&#39; decisions are final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.</li>
	<li>Prizes must be claimed online. Identification, which includes the social media account name of the Winner, will be required. In the event of the Organizer being requested to post/courier a Prize to a Winner, the Organizer will not be held liable for non-receipt of the Prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of Prize will be entertained.</li>
	<li>The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Prize of any Winner who does not provide the required details as stipulated in the Giveaway Terms and Conditions.</li>
	<li>Under special circumstances and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organizer, a Winner may not nominate a designated representative to collect the Prize.</li>
	<li>All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and the Organizer excludes all warranties concerning any Prize to the extent permitted by law.</li>
	<li>By participating in this Giveaway, the Winner agrees to participate in any video shoot and photo shoot arranged by the Organizer for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway. The Winner must adhere to the terms outlined in the video and photo shoot agreement provided by the Organizer. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected.</li>

<h3>Other Terms &amp; Conditions:</h3>

	<li>Participants and the Winner shall bear full liability and responsibility in case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Giveaway, redemption, and/or utilization of the prizes. 	<li>All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other expenses incurred to participate in the Giveaway and to redeem the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) and/or Winner(s).</li>

You can try again in 15 minutes to see if the tickets have been released.</p>

<p>Services (the &ldquo;Service&rdquo; or &ldquo;Services&rdquo;) offered by CloudJoi (the &ldquo;Site&rdquo;) are administered using a platform provided by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd (&ldquo;CloudJoi&rdquo;). These Services are provided under the following Terms of Use Agreement (&ldquo;Agreement&rdquo;) and pertinent individual provisions and guidelines (Agreement and pertinent individual provisions and guidelines are hereinafter referred to as &ldquo;Agreements&rdquo;).</p>

<h2>Definations</h2>

<p>&ldquo;CloudJoi&rdquo; refers to the digital platform operated by CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd, providing services related to the sale, distribution, or marketing promotion tools of event tickets.</p>

<p>&ldquo;Organiser&rdquo; refers to the entity or individual entering into this Agreement for listing or sale of tickets on CloudJoi platform.</p>

<h2>Application of this Agreement</h2>

<p>This Agreement is a legal agreement for all Services of the Site, between CloudJoi and the Organiser.</p>

<p>This Agreement will be applied cumulatively together with the individual provisions and guidelines, and the individual provisions and guidelines constitute part of this Agreement.</p>

<h3>Free Listing</h3>

<p><em>This Free Listing Agreement (</em>&ldquo;<em>Agreement</em>&rdquo;<em>) outlines the terms and conditions governing the listing of events on the CloudJoi platform free of charge. By availing this free listing service, you or the Organiser agree to the following terms:</em></p>

	<p><strong>Data Disclosure: </strong>CloudJoi reserves the right to disclose all data and information about the event for the purpose of industry database building with full compliance of PDPA.</p>

	<p><strong>External Linking and Third-Party Responsibility:</strong> Free listings on CloudJoi may require linking to external party sites for additional information or transactions. 	<li>Latecomers can only be admitted at a suitable break during the performance at the discretion of the Venue Owner. However, admission cannot be guaranteed and no refund request would be entertained.</li>
	<li>The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.</li>
	<li>Proof of identity must be shown to obtain discounts and upon admission such as student identification or MyKad for senior citizens.</li>

<h3><strong>Exchange Ticket</strong></h3>

<p>No exchange for Watch at Venue&rsquo;s event, event organiser reserve the rights to deny any exchange request.</p>

<p>Ticket Exchange Request is <strong>only applicable for Online Event with multiple timings</strong>. A Ticket Exchange Request shall be made at least 48 hours in-advanced prior to the event time via email. Please refer to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cloudtix.co/faqs">FAQs</a>&nbsp;for further information.</p>

<h3><strong>Personal Information</strong></h3>

	<li>Personal information is collected from all Ticket Purchasers in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available.</li>

	<li>No refund of tickets will be made under any circumstances unless the Event is postponed or cancelled.</li>
	<li>For the avoidance of doubt, complimentary tickets shall not be eligible for refunds.</li>
	<li>If an Event is postponed or cancelled, the Organiser shall at its own discretion place notices advising procedures for Refund Request and Refund Request Period within which the Ticket Purchasers may request for refund.</li>
	<li>Ticket Purchasers are required to provide refund information like contact information, proof of purchase, and banking details for the refund to be processed.</li>
	<li>No refunds will be made if the Refund Request is made after the Refund Request Period. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at CloudJoi or the Organiser&#39;s sole discretion.</li>
	<li>The Event Organizer reserves the right to transfer any applicable service fees and refund processing fees to the audience.</li>
	<li>The Ticket Handling Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event postponement, cancellation, or any other reasons leading to a refund request.</li>

<h2>Sale of CloudJoi Tickets are subject to the following Terms and Conditions</h2>

<p>CloudTheatre Sdn Bhd (operating under the brand name &quot;<strong>CloudJoi</strong>&quot;, referred to as &quot;we&quot;, &quot;us&quot;, or &quot;our&quot;) is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia, with business registration number 202001024125. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.</p>

By purchasing one or more Items from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this ticketing terms and conditions. If you do not agree with this Purchase Policy or any other applicable terms and conditions, or if you cannot comply with any of them, then you must not make a purchase.</p>

<h3><strong>General Information</strong></h3>

	<li>Any feedbacks or complaints regarding the event will be directed to, and dealt with by the event organiser.</li>
	<li>The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Event due to failure of broadcast, technical issues, instructions by authority, or any other causes beyond its control.</li>
	<li>The Organiser may add, withdraw, or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.</li>
	<li>Photography, audio or video recording is subject to the event organiser kindly check with the respective organiser.</li>
</ul>

<h3>General Ticket Purchase</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Tickets are non-refundable, all ticket purchases are final.</li>
	<li>Tickets purchased from unauthorised sites or sources may be counterfeit or otherwise invalid; such purchases are made at your own risk.</li>
	<li>The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited. CloudJoi reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from CloudJoi or other authorised point-of-sale.</li>
	<li>Ticket purchasers who are under 18 years old should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, the purchaser certifies that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.</li>
	<li>No refunds will be given or claims entertained due to any change in ticket prices or discounts.</li>

<h3>Promo Code Usage</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Promotions with limited durations are subject to specific terms and conditions per event basis, are not combinable with other offers unless stated otherwise, and in case of conflict, the specific terms for limited promotions prevail over general terms. We will not entertain promo codes beyond their specified validity period.</li>
	<li>We will not entertain requests of late submissions of promo codes, rebates, and discounts after the completion of the checkout process.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>No refunds will be issued, and no claims will be entertained for any adjustments in ticket prices resulting from promo codes, rebates, or discount codes that were not entered prior to the completion of the checkout process.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Ticket purchaser are advised to ensure the accurate application of such codes before finalizing their purchase.</li>
	<li>The Organiser may offer discounted tickets after tickets go on sale and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.</li>

<h3>Exchange of Tickets</h3>

<p>No refund or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances unless the Event is postponed or cancelled. In the event of postponement or cancellation, the ticket purchaser is advised to refer to the Event Cancellation or Postponement section for further guidance.</p>

<p>While we make efforts to send reminder emails before the event, the ticket purchaser is responsible for ensuring attendance. The notification serves as a goodwill gesture, and we explicitly disclaim liability for any complaints or exchange requests resulting from the ticket purchaser&#39;s failure to attend. It should be noted that we do not guarantee the delivery of pre-event notifications.</p>

<h3>Admission</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Only valid ticket holders will be granted admission to the event.</li>
	<li>Proof of identity may be required to shown to obtain discounts and upon admission such as student identification, MyKad or Passport for senior citizens.</li>
	<li>Venue Owner or Event Organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.</li>

	<li>Sharing of Passcode is strictly prohibited. A single Passcode can only be used to stream on one device only.</li>
	<li>It is at the Ticket Purchaser&#39;s responsibility to ensure a stable Internet connection for smooth streaming.</li>
	<li>Strictly no audio recording or screen recording is allowed during the Event.</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Personal Information</strong></h3>

	<li>Personal information is collected from all Ticket Purchasers in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available.</li>

	<li><strong>Data Security and Protection: </strong>We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.</li>
	<li><strong>Legal Obligations: </strong>We may also share your data when required by law, regulation, or legal process, such as responding to a court order or government request.</li>

<h3>Refunds</h3>

<p>If an Event is postponed or cancelled, the Event Organiser shall at its own discretion place notices advising procedures for Refund Request and Refund Request Period within which the Ticket Purchasers may request for refund.</p>

	<li>CloudJoi will not process refunds if the event organiser hasn&#39;t authorized us, prepaid sums, or if CloudJoi no longer holds event organiser&#39;s proceeds.</li>
	<li>The Ticket Handling Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to event postponement, cancellation, or any other reasons leading to a refund request.</li>

<h3>Prohibited Conduct</h3>

<p>Please review the following rules and regulations to understand the behaviors and actions that are strictly prohibited during the events. By attending or participating, you agree to adhere to these guidelines, contributing to a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved.</p>

<p>Those prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Bringing illegal drugs or weapons to the event.</li>
	<li>Engaging in disorderly or disruptive behavior.</li>
	<li>Failing to comply with the event&#39;s rules and regulations.</li>
	<li>Violating the terms and conditions of these tickets.</li>
</ul>

<p>CloudJoi, event organiser, venue owner reserves the right to remove any person from the event who engages in prohibited conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, confiscating tickets and barring entry to future events.</p>

<h3>Limitation of Liability</h3>

<p>To the fullest extent allowed by law, we (including our affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, and subcontractors) and the pertinent Event Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to any individual (including yourself) or property, regardless of the cause (whether by our actions and/or those of the Event Organizer):</p>

<ul>
	<li>in situations where there is no violation of contract or legal duty of care on our part or the relevant Event Organiser;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>in cases where the loss or damage is not directly attributable to such violation (except for death or personal injury arising from our or an Event Partner&#39;s negligence);</li>
	<li>or to the extent that any escalation in such loss or damage stems from your negligence or a breach of any terms outlined in this Purchase Policy, and/or any other relevant terms and conditions, and/or any applicable laws or regulations.</li>
</ul>

<p>To the fullest extent allowed by law, we (inclusive of our affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, and subcontractors) and our associated Event Organiser, shall not assume liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, earnings, goodwill, reputation, enjoyment, or opportunity, or for distress, or any exemplary, special, or punitive damages. These losses may arise directly or indirectly from your use of the CloudJoi Services and/or any purchases made under this Purchase Policy. It is important to note that:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation, hospitality and other costs and expenses incurred by you relating to an event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and neither we nor the relevant Event Partners shall be responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event for which you have purchased tickets under this Purchase Policy; and</li>
	<li>We, nor any applicable Event Organiser, assume responsibility or liability to you for any loss of enjoyment or amenity, even in cases where an event has been cancelled, rescheduled, or altered.</li>
	<li>We, along with any pertinent Event Organiser, are not responsible or liable to you, and you will not be entitled to any refund, if admission to a venue or event is denied or revoked due to your violation of any Event Organiser&#39; terms and conditions.</li>
	<li>We do not assume responsibility for any internet connection errors encountered during the use of the CloudJoi Services.</li>
	<li>We are not responsible for actions or failures of any Venue, performer, promoter, or other Event Organisers. We are not liable for death, personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence during event attendance.</li>
	<li>We will not be liable to you for the failure to perform any obligations under this Purchase Policy to the extent that the failure is caused by a force majeure event. This includes causes beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lockout, weather, third-party injunction, national defense requirements, acts, or regulations of national or local governments.</li>
</ul>

<h3 id="donation">Donations via CloudJoi</h3>

<ul>
	<li>The value of donations is considered final upon the completion of payment. CloudJoi will not entertain any disputes regarding the amount of the donation.</li>
	<li>CloudJoi serves as a platform facilitating donations on behalf of event organizers. We do not bear any responsibility for the utilization of donations, as it is at the discretion of the event organizer.</li>
	<li>Any complaints or disputes regarding donations should be directed to the respective event organizer.</li>
	<li>No refunds will be issued for completed donations under any circumstances.</li>
	<li>CloudJoi reserves the right to amend or update these donation terms without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes or updates.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Other Disclaimers</h3>

<p>The ticket holder acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including weather changes, travel to and from the venue, and collisions. The ticket holder releases CloudJoi, Venue Owner, Event Organiser, event performers/players, and their agents from any liability for injury or loss of property, occurring before, during, or after the Event.</p>

<p>Personal arrangements and expenditures, including travel, accommodation, hospitality, and other costs related to an event arranged by the ticket purchaser, are at their own risk. Neither we nor the relevant Event Organiser shall be responsible or liable for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenses, loss of enjoyment or amenity, or denial of admission to a venue or event due to the ticket purchaser&#39;s breach of Event Partners&#39; terms and conditions. This applies even if such situations arise from the cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration of an event for which the ticket purchaser has purchased tickets under this Ticketing Terms &amp; Condition.</p>

<p>In certain instances, we may permit the sale or distribution of selected Tickets by Approved Third Parties on Third Party Sites. However, it is important to note that these Third Party Sites are independent entities not owned, controlled, or managed by us. Consequently, we do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any information, materials, content, products, or services provided by third parties on Third Party Sites, nor for any acts or omissions of the Approved Third Parties. These Third Party Sites may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, for which we disclaim any responsibility or liability.</p>

<p>You warrant that you are authorized by all your Ticket Holders to consent, and hereby consent to CloudJoi&#39;s, Event Organiser&#39;s, and Venue&#39;s collection, use, processing, and disclosure of all personal data contained in the Declarations submitted by you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy as well as these Terms and Conditions.</p>

<h3>Queries, Compliants and Dispute</h3>

<p>If we need to contact you, we will use your contact details or the information you provided at the time of purchase if it wasn&#39;t online. It&#39;s your responsibility to update us on any contact detail changes, especially your email address, which is our preferred method of communication. Check your junk/spam folders for our emails.</p>

<ul>
	<li>For queries or complaints about your purchase, please contact us <a href="http://www.cloudjoi.com/contact" target="_blank">here</a>, mentioning any Order ID, Email Address and name of the event.</li>
	<li>We will acknowledge your query or complaint promptly, and in any case, within five business days of receiving it.</li>
	<li>Before responding to your query or complaint, we may need to contact one or more Event Organiser for additional information.</li>
	<li>In case of a dispute, we will make reasonable efforts to consult or negotiate in good faith for a just and equitable settlement that satisfies you, us, and any relevant Event Organiser. Please be aware that certain complaints may take up to 30 working days to resolve.</li>
	<li>For the avoidance of doubt, any complaints regarding the Event and/or regarding the Venue shall be directed solely to and dealt with by the respective Event Partners.</li>
</ul>

<p>Please be advised that any aggressive or abusive behavior towards our staff or representatives, as well as making unreasonable demands or persisting in such conduct (including threats, abuse, or harassment in any form or media), is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, as deemed reasonably necessary in the circumstances, to address such behavior towards our staff or representatives.</p>

<h3>Amendments to Terms</h3>

<p>We reserve the right to modify or amend any terms of this Purchase Policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the CloudJoi platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically, and continued use of the CloudJoi Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.</p>
